01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WhistlerFjord (“the Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

02. Age Requirement

The Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 years and over. By passing the age-gate at entry, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. WhistlerFjord reserves the right to terminate access if we have reason to believe this representation is false.

03. Nature of the Platform — No Real Money

WhistlerFjord is a free social entertainment platform. All activity on the Platform uses virtual tokens that:

• Have no monetary value whatsoever.
• Cannot be purchased with real money.
• Cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, or converted to money or any other thing of value.
• Do not represent a stake in any real-world outcome.

WhistlerFjord is not a gambling platform, is not licensed to offer real-money gaming, and does not do so. The Platform is entertainment only.

04. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform’s code or data.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its servers.
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Canadian law.

05. Intellectual Property

All content on WhistlerFjord — including but not limited to the Mirror Reels mechanic, symbol artwork, page design, copy, and CSS — is the intellectual property of WhistlerFjord. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

06. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranty that the Platform will be error-free or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by BC and Canadian law, WhistlerFjord is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.

07. Responsible Entertainment

08. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

09. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
